Electro

Sernik elektro
tortownica 23.5 cm

Spód:

150 g zwykłych herbatników
parę łyżeczek oleju roślinnego

Środek:

500 g białego sera kremowego (np. z wiaderka)
1 ekstrakt waniliowy
120 g cukru
2 jajka

Wyjąć formę z lodówki i wlać do niej masę serową.

Pozwolić ciastu ochłonąć :) i schłodzić w lodówce (najlepiej całą noc).

English version

Blender electric sounds. I tried this recipe a couple of times before until it was successful ;) The results are: the biscuits bottom, vanilla and hazelnut cheese plus dark chocolate topping. The cheesecake is not 'tall', but it deserves a high note :)

Cheesecake electro
23.5 cm round cake pan

Bottom

150 g plain biscuits
a couple of tsp oil

Middle layer

500 g cheese (for cheesecake)
2 eggs
120 g sugar
1 vanilla extract
1 tbsp flour
100 g hazelnuts

Top

50 g butter/margarine
3 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp water
2 tbsp dark cocoa (powdered)

Biscuits to be completely crushed using blender (or mortar!), add a couple of table spoons of oil and mix together. Make it a bit moist and place the mixture over the round tin. Leave in the fridge for at least 30 min.

The middle layer ingredients to be mixed. When it's smooth, crushed hazelnuts (the thinner, the better) and flour to be added and mixed.

Take the tin out of the fridge and cover the biscuit bottom with the cheese layer. Bake in the oven for 40 min (or longer) in 170ºC.

When the cake is baked, pour the hot chocolate topping over it (top ingredients to be put in a small pot and stirred while warming up on the cooker, to be cooked for 1 min). When cooled, leave it ;) and place in the fridge (best over the night).
